Job PurposeThe Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications operates under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Leasing & Marketing. Within the limits of established policies and procedures of Shangri-La Centre and Central Tower, this role is responsible for promoting and maintaining effective communications to uphold the prestigious image of the entity. Shangri-La Centre Shangri-La Centre comprises a 5 star hotel, a Grade A office building, a luxury residence, a prestigious shopping mall and a well-equipped sports club, with over 400 parking spaces. This iconic complex adds a brand new dimension to Ulaanbaatar's existing city-scape.

As Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications, we rely on you toSet yearly marketing goals and budgets to align with strategic objectives.

Prepare working plans to achieve these goals, compare actual achievements against set goals, and take corrective action as needed. Review and analyze monthly forecasting of the Department’s expenses. Maintain an up-to-date Marketing & Communications Manual to guide internal practices and ensure consistency. Perform other duties relevant to communications and public relations, as assigned. We are looking for someone who?Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum five years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within real estate, hospitality, or a related industry. Proficiency in verbal and written English and Mongolian.

Proficiency in marketing tools and social media platforms. Strong strategic planning, analytical, and communication skills. Creative thinker with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
