As Doorman, We Rely On You To Provide a warm and engaging service to guests at every interaction as per Shangri-La Standards whether during arrival, stay or departure Liaise with the bell staff to ensure that the luggage of guests arriving and departing by vehicle at the main entrance is handled promptly and efficiently Assist guests alighting from taxis / vehicles at the hotel entrance and help them with deliveries/shopping/luggage Give accurate directions and necessary information to guests, when requested Monitor the car valet operations, liaising with the supervisor on duty from the car valet company Maintain smooth traffic flow at the main entrance and driveway areas Assist guests into taxis / vehicles at the hotel entrance We Are Looking For Someone Who Has minimum 1 years’ experience in a 5-star / international hotel in the same capacity Is fluent in oral and written English language Can work with a multinational team Has a pleasant and cheerful personality Flexible and able to work as per hotel operational needs and requirements
