We are currently looking for OTC, Japanese Speaker to support the operation, projects and etc.Job Description:Ensure compliance with credit management policies across Asia Pacific entities.Monitor and follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collection.Support credit decisions, including limit approvals, delivery releases, and credit checks.Handle claims, disputes, and credit insurance coordination.Analyze payment trends to support cash flow and liquidity planning.Assist in process migration, documentation updates, and continuous improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders and support ad hoc reports or tasks. Requirements:Have 1 years & above of experiences in performing OTC tasks with the proficiency in JLPT N3, N2 and N1Preferably local,open to candidates holding spouse visa.Candidate might be considered for functions such as RTR OR PTP who instrested inventuring in OTC position.
