We pledge to make Prudential a place where you can Connect, Grow, and Succeed.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Reporting: Develop and maintain reports that reflect shared service performance metrics and KPIs.Administrative Oversight: Ensure all operational data is accurate, reconciled, and aligned across systems.Analytical Insight: Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement within shared service processes.Cadence Management: Set and manage regular review cycles, meetings, and reporting timelines.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to align on goals, resolve issues, and navigate ambiguity.Continuous Improvement: Proactively seek ways to enhance service delivery, efficiency, and user experience.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, IT (Business Analyst), Accounting, Management or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in shared services, operations, or performance management.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).A mindset geared toward improvement and adaptability.Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
