Role Name: Sharepoint DeveloperLocation: Eindhoven, NetherlandsRole Description:We are seeking a highly experienced Developer with a strong background in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to design, develop, and maintain components of the enterprise search platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Search, and Azure services, with strong analytical and communication skills to deliver effective solutions and stakeholder engagement.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain enterprise search components within Microsoft 365.Customize and manage SharePoint Online architecture, metadata, and search schema.Integrate and automate processes using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Search.Develop and maintain workflow automations using Power Automate.Build custom applications and tools using C#, TypeScript, or JavaScript within Microsoft environments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and solution delivery.Analyze data to generate actionable insights supporting platform optimization.Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards throughout development.Must-Have Skills:Deep expertise in Microsoft Search, Microsoft 365, and Azure ecosystems.Strong experience with SharePoint Online architecture and search customization.Proficiency in C#, TypeScript, or JavaScript.Experience with Power Automate and Azure Logic Apps.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Good-to-Have Skills:Familiarity with Microsoft Purview and other compliance frameworks.Experience in Microsoft Power BI for reporting and visualization.
