该职位来源于猎聘 ResponsibilitiesOrganize risk assessment of plant during the phases of engineering, construction, and operation.Establish site Emergency Response Plan, organize regular site emergency drill.Supervision implementation safety regulations.Ensure compliance with national laws and regulations.Lead Incident Root Cause Analysis and Reporting.Assure effective access control of site.Set up procedures to assure effective first aid and medical treatment in the case of injury and work related illness.Assessment and management of hazards in the workspaces to assure health protection and optimum fitness of the employees.Ensure and supervise compliance with national laws and regulations, as well as with allnex global standards for the protection of air, water, soil and noise.Manage SHE Management System Certification.Ensure that the company's Safety Health Environment and Energy Policies are strictly followed.Ensure the achievement, maintenance and continual improvement of procedures and policies conforming to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 standards and any other certifications that affect your facility. RequirementsAt least 12 years of experience in SHE role in chemical industry, environmental protection in multinational companies experience preferred.At least 4 years of SHE management experience as a team leader.Profound knowledge about project and process management.Professional knowledge and experience in the fields of Safety, Security, Environmental Protection, Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene.Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.Good skills in Microsoft Office.Very systematic, clear and calm thinking.Proficiency in speaking and writing English. QualificationsBachelor’s degree majors in chemical or SHE related fields, especially environmental engineering preferred.Certificate of Registered Safety Engineer in chemical category.
