SheMed is a fast-growing UK-based brand on a mission to close the gender gap in health outcomes, starting with smarter, tech-enabled weight-loss solutions for women. We are seeking an ambitious and highly organised Agile Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone with delivery experience who is eager to grow, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a passion for making a difference in women's health. This is an office based role, located in Euston London. We operate Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
What You’ll Work OnCollaborate with cross-functional teams to manage tech projects from conception to deployment. Write and refine tickets for engineering in conjunction with business stakeholders, create and maintain priority lists, and ensure projects meet deadlines. Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, tracking against milestones and proactively manage risks or delays. Organise and streamline processes to support rapid execution in a start-up environment. Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
What We’re Looking For2-4 years of experience in delivery, programme or project management, preferably in tech and/or healthcare. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with a meticulous attention to detail. A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a high-speed, ever-evolving start-up environment. Experience with project management tools and writing engineering tickets (e. g. Jira). Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset. A genuine enthusiasm for SheMed’s mission and vision.
