Job Description
该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责: 1、负责主导客户投诉及产品质量异常,推动内部改善; 2、主导客户稽核、客户QA拜访,结束后的问题点跟进闭环; 3、主导客户文件评审的分发、跟进、gap反馈和系统闭环; 4、其他客户相关的质量需求,如例行会议及报告、专案改善、案例学习、自评表等。 任职要求: 1、本科以上学历,理工类专业; 2、CET-6级,具备良好的英语书写及口语表达能力; 3、有责任感,具备良好的沟通和协调能力,抗压能力强。
