Job Description

该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责（主要岗位职责包括但不限于）： 1. 独立完成文献的调研，对化合物合成的路线进行初步设计； 2. 完成化学反应和对结果进行全面的分析，能完成一定难度的合成项目； 3. 负责管控项目的实验进度，对团队成员进行实验技能指导，保证项目按计划推进； 4. 清晰完整地撰写实验记录和实验报告。 任职要求： 1. 专业要求：有机化学、药物化学等相关专业； 2. 学历要求：博士及以上； 3. 年龄要求：35周岁内； 4. 工作经验：博士毕业后2年及以上有机合成研发经验； 5. 专业技能: （1）熟练掌握有机合成路线设计、工艺实施和技术改进； （2）具有独立完成多步复杂有机合成的经验； （3）熟练掌握产物分离手段、图谱分析及结构鉴定； （4）熟练掌握各种文献专利的检索，并能熟练阅读英文文献。
