Site-Based SHEQ Manager – 14-Month Fixed-Term (Dublin)Are you an experienced SHEQ professional looking for your next project opportunity in Dublin? We are seeking a Site-Based SHEQ Manager to join a major civil engineering project on a 14-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for long-term opportunities.What You’ll Be Doing:Oversee health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance on active construction sites.Conduct site audits, inspections, and compliance checks, ensuring adherence to H&S legislation and internal standards.Support the site team with risk assessments, method statements, and accident/incident reporting.Act as a key liaison with regulators, third-party inspectors, and internal audits.Deliver toolbox talks, safety workshops, and training sessions to promote a positive safety culture.Maintain compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 standards.What We’re Looking For:5+ years’ experience in a site-based SHEQ role within civil engineering or construction.NEBOSH OHAS Diploma or Certification (minimum 3 years).Strong IT skills with Microsoft Office and digital site tools.Full driving licence and the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.Knowledge of lifting operations and temporary works is a plus.Why Apply?Competitive package aligned with your experience.Opportunity to make a tangible impact on high-profile projects in Dublin.Work with a team committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.If you’re ready to bring your SHEQ expertise to a dynamic construction environment, we want to hear from you.
