This shift enables us to invest in the latest technologies and the continuous development of our people.🔴⚪️ Our culture is rooted in solidarity, collaboration, and commitment , embodied in our motto: One Team, One Energy.The roleBased in Antwerp We’re looking for a SHEQ Manager ready to shape, influence, and drive change across our international fleet operations.It is a key position working transversally across all departments to ensure the highest standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality, while helping us build a culture where safety is lived, not ticked off. ✔️Your key responsibilitiesLead and develop one direct report, ensuring coordination and consistency in all SHEQ documentation and reporting.Maintain and continuously improve the Safety Management System (SMS), procedures, and forms.Ensure consistency and alignment of safety procedures across the fleet.Manage notices to fleet, non-conformities, and terminal feedback follow-up.Coordinate audits and inspections and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.Track safety performance, analyse trends, and identify improvement areas through dashboards and KPIs.Ensure proper version control and maintain a centralized repository of safety documents and reports.Drive safety culture initiativesSupport incident investigations and ensure lessons learned are sharedFacilitate Fleet Safety meetings and track follow-up actions.Monitor regulatory and industry developmentsProvide regular reports to management on documentation status, audit outcomes, and safety performance.Collaborate across departments to ensure compliance, ownership, and engagement.✔️What we offerYou’ll join a company with a strong heritage, in a The opportunity to build and strengthen a real safety culture, not just maintain compliance.An influential role reporting directly to the CEOA collaborative and international environmentA company with a strong heritage and ambitious vision for the future.Access to continuous learning and certificationsA supportive team culture where your voice countsFlexibility through gliding hours and the possibility to work from home ✔️What you bringProven experience in SHEQ / HSE management, ideally within the maritime, logistics, or industrial sectors.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Ability to work confidently across diverse teams and cultures.Proactive and curiousYou are fluent in Dutch and English.
