Tasks and responsibilities● Providing information and instruction (training, toolbox talks and coaching);● Ensure implementation and supervision of HSE audit rounds, aimed at compliance withapplicable SHEQ rules, guidelines and procedures;● Keeping quality and safety systems up to date;● Monitoring developments in legislation and regulations;● Conducting incident and accident investigation and analysis;● Following up and monitoring actions resulting from audits, including ISO9001 and SQASaudits;● Supporting the SHEQ manager in achieving optimal working conditions;● Participate in occupational health and safety measures;● Monitoring the joint action plan (PVA);● Monitoring all safety, health and welfare risks within the company through RI&E;● Performing a Task Risk Analysis (TRA) for risk-sensitive tasks.● Perform tasks in accordance with company policies, code of conduct, procedures andinstructions;Powers● Collaborate with the SHEQ Manager to determine the content of information andinstructions.● Independently prioritize tasks;● Manage action points;● Provide solicited and (unsolicited) advice to the SHEQ manager;● Reporting dangerous situations and processing them in the designated system;● Maintaining and archiving documentation;Education/experience level● Completed MBO education or equivalent work experience;● Completed IVK or MVK or vocational training in safety (pre);● Valid certificate safety advisor for the transport of dangerous goods (pre);● Current knowledge of health, safety and environmental legislation and preferably also ofADR;● Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets and Presentation;● Mastery of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.Competencies● Analytical skills;● Coaching skills;● Flexibility;● Integrity;● People-oriented;● Verbal communication;● Attention to detail;● Organizational focus;● Planning & organizing;● Proactivity;● Results-oriented;● Cooperation;● Accountability;● Independence.
