Also, improve Consistent Dyeing Quality and maintain Employee Safety and Training. Individual: (Tasks that you are responsible solely) Running the Dye House Efficiently & Effectively with the specified man and machinery.Ensure full implementation of standard operating procedure.Improve RFT & Color QualityImprove Daily Dyeing Output.Ensure proper Color sequencing during machine scheduling.Ensure delivery within the shortest possible time to meet targeted MLT.Ensure proper shade passing and analysis of WFT and High CMC lots.Ensure smooth running of machinery.Keep labor hours and wastage within limits.Ensure on-time transactions in MIS.The Global Recycled Standard (GRS) is a full product standard to verify and track recycled raw materials through the supply chain.Work on Continuous Improvement on Dyeing Process under Lean Concept (DMAIC)Workforce development through continuous monitoring and training.Ensure health and safety guidelines of the organization.Best utilize the raw materials and minimize waste. Responsible for GRS product production Job Qualifications:Graduated from a public university with a science background—preparable subject (Chemical Engineering, IPE, Chemistry, Textiles). Preferably 3 to 5 years of working experience. Application Deadline- 30 October, 2025
