Shift Incharge - Production Hammer line

Job DescriptionSansera Engineering is seeking a qualified Shift Incharge to oversee and manage all activities during a designated shift. The Shift Incharge will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient production operations, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team of operators. The individual will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, addressing any issues that arise during the shift, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate production activities during assigned shifts to meet production targets. Monitor and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with quality standards by conducting regular inspections and audits. Address and resolve any production issues that may arise during the shift. Maintain a safe and orderly work environment by adhering to safety protocols and encouraging team compliance. Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and improve productivity. Prepare shift reports detailing production performance, issues encountered, and action taken. Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and quality control, to ensure smooth operations. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.Skills And Tools Required Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Familiarity with production processes and quality control principles. Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficient in using manufacturing software and tools for monitoring production metrics. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in data analysis tools to track and report on production performance.
