Short Description for Internal CandidatesIT Helpdesk personnel for software and hardware support in Coherent Malaysia Plant 2 (Perai)Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Software and Hardware support in the plantAssist engineers in maintaining system uptime & timely resolution & escalation of problems and issuesProvide support to end users in maintaining IT developed system and corporate system (Oracle, Okta, Email, CrowdStrike, etc)Provide MES shop floor system supportEducation & ExperienceA Diploma in Computer Studies or Computer support related field or its equivalents with at least 2 years of relevant work experience for computer hardware and software support, telecommunication, email etc. Working in electronic manufacturing factorSkillsFamiliar with Microsoft MS Office and OS cloning / SCCM deploymentFamiliar with Dell/Lenovo computers and laptop troubleshooting Zebra/Intermec Barcode printer and HP LaserJet printer maintenance Possess strong interpersonal skills and enjoy the process of problem-solvingWorking ConditionsThis role is 100% onsite Rotating shift support (12-hours)
