To our employees, we offer an attractive working environment in which they can develop personally.Job purpose:Ensuring the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of the pharmaceutical packaging area by leading and developing the team, monitoring equipment performance, implementing GMP standards, and continuously improving processes to achieve production targets and maintain high quality standards.About the role:As a Shift Leader in our Pharma Packaging department, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the packaging operations and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the production line. You will be responsible for leading a team of packaging operators and technicians, coordinating activities, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.Oversee personnel in the assigned area, ensuring adherence to production plans as well as occupational health and safety (OHS) regulations specific to the workplace.Monitor the proper functioning of manufacturing equipment in the assigned area.Ensure adherence to production plans and established work processes.Develop operating procedures and work instructions.Implement current operating procedures and train department employees accordingly.Possess knowledge and ensure compliance with applicable regulations regarding the quality of pharmaceuticals, particularly Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, in line with both internal (Quality Manual) and external (GMP guidelines, ICH, relevant ISO standards) norms.
