SQ Group is looking for Shift Manager, Production (Bhaluka, Mymensingh)Job Description / ResponsibilityEnsure dyeing loading happening according to schedule planEnsure section wise production plan vs output ( P to P)Through put time follow up in operation via TapsDay to day problem solving activities during the shiftFollow up FOC, short qty and urgent plan dyeing to RFDEnsure dye unload and shade pass as per shade passing SOPMake sure shade passing procedure is happening, quality review and decision making with QA teamGet enroll with engineering department for machine related problem solving activitiesCritical mc breakdown identify and coordinate with engineering department and get it done the taskMonitoring mc loss time and update loos productionEnsure floor housekeeping and PPEsRequired manpower re arranging based on available cadreMake sure all employees are working according to the health and safety protocolConducting awareness, training and pocket meetings with associates as per ongoing situation & Production increase.Ensure to keep proper record and immediate action as per SOP for any accident & near misses in work placeAny emergency situation happen (like Sickness, fire and worker unrest) need to control the situation according to the company policy/SOPEnsure emergency patient primary treatment and take outside medical facilities for better treatmentEducational RequirementsMaster of Business Administration (MBA)Experience Requirements4 to 6 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Architecture Firm, Dyeing FactoryJob LocationMymensingh (Bhaluka)
