If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make an impact, this role is for you!Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute making and packing operations to meet volume, quality, reliability, cost, and safety targets.Manage the receipt and handling of chemical and packaging materials.Organize and lead a team of operators, technicians, and contract workers to ensure optimal performance.Monitor material consumption, yield, and waste levels, driving efficiency improvements.Ensure accurate record-keeping and minimize material variance through optimal usage.Oversee stock counts and manage Fourth Shift transactions.Promote and enforce safety, health, and environmental compliance among workers.Lead autonomous maintenance initiatives on the shop floor.Implement best practices such as WCM/UMS, HACCP, and audit recommendations.Identify skill gaps and organize training programs for employees.Drive continuous process improvement across operations.What You Need To SucceedEXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in BSc.
