Shift Mechanic

Alumill Tech Gulf LLC, part of the Elite Group of Companies, is a leading manufacturer of aluminum flat rolled products and jacketing systems, based in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. This is a full-time, on-site position for a Shift Mechanic at Alumill Tech Gulf LLC.Location: 📍 Ras Al Khaimah, UAEKey Responsibilities:Identify and resolve mechanical issues efficiently to minimize downtime and improve productivity.Perform scheduled maintenance tasks as per departmental instructions to enhance equipment reliability.Handle work roll assembly, backup roll assembly, and other maintenance activities for the 4-Hi cold rolling mill.Execute work roll assembly, choke servicing, and other critical maintenance tasks for continuous casting equipment.Continuously monitor machine operating conditions, complete checklists, and report abnormalities.Ensure adherence to safety procedures, regulations, and best practices, while reporting any major safety concerns.Maintain machinery by cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components, and keep accurate records of all maintenance activities.Perform utility-related services and report any shortages of critical consumables.Assist in the installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment as per operational requirements.Ensure the proper usage and storage of critical machine tools within the department.Qualification:ITIMinimum 5 years of experience in the relevant industryIf this sounds like the right fit for you, send your CV to lakshmi@elitegroupuae.com.
