If you think you have what it takes to join our team, we want to meet you!Job Skills / RequirementsTypical Job Duties:Provide a high level of customer service in a challenging and dynamic environmentMonitor site visitors, cameras, and alarm systems to ensure safety and access in accordance with site policies and proceduresRespond professionally to site emergencies (alarms, medical emergencies, fires and other urgent matters)Prevent theft, violence or infraction of rules and regulationsPrepare and maintain professional and effective reports regarding the activities, security violations, and hazardous occurrences on siteEffectively communicate all suspicious activities, concerns, issues, and events to our dispatch team on behalf of the clientReporting to the Site Security Manager, supervise security staff members, deploy resources to meet operational demand, review reports, and provide coaching as necessary Oversee and facilitate initial and on-going site training of security staff membersRequirementsA Valid Security license is considered an assetMust be bondableExcellent verbal and written communication skills including working on a computerSpeak, read and write English fluentlyHave reliable transportationEducation Requirements (All)High School Diploma/GEDAdditional Information / BenefitsPaladin Security has a diverse workforce.
