Company Description We suggest you enter details here. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Shift Supervisor at Lift Cafe located in Quezon City. The Shift Supervisor will oversee daily cafe operations, manage and support the team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain service standards. Responsibilities include scheduling shifts, supervising staff, handling customer inquiries or concerns, ensuring cleanliness and safety, and assisting in inventory and stock management. Additionally, the Shift Supervisor will ensure a positive and productive team environment. Qualifications Team management and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesCustomer service and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge of food safety and hygiene standardsFlexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environmentTime management and organizational skillsExperience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in food service management are a bonus
