Role Summary: The Fleet Management Associate holds the responsibilities of overseeing the Delivery Assistants in their day-to-day operational assignments, analyzing work processes based on performance reports and recommending improvements, leading coordination with other teams and departments, and reporting relevant matters to the management. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Provide leadership and daily support to Delivery Assistants; address and resolve operational issues or concernsConsistently engage with Delivery Assistants to ensure that shipments are delivered in accordance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs)Ensure that the Delivery Assistants strictly follow the clients' SOPs to prevent any escalations from arisingCollaborate with Delivery Assistants to plan optimized delivery routes for efficient, professional, and hassle-free serviceMonitor daily fleet operations and team performance; prepare and submit performance reports to the Operations ManagerAct as a liaison between customers and the operations team, identifying issues and implementing solutions to improve the customer experienceReview and analyze logistics data (e.

g. , exception reports, delivery volume/hour, accident reports) to identify cost-saving and performance improvement opportunitiesContribute to the development of operational strategies to meet key performance goals and identify growth opportunities in the eCommerce spaceSupport both on-road and in-house operations with additional tasks as neededRequirementsYour QualificationsBachelor's degree preferably in logistics and supply chain managementMinimum 1 years of fleet management or supervisory experience, requiredExperience in or exposure to logistics and ecommerce, preferredYour ProficienciesTeam management and leadership skills including coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team buildingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledge in strategic planningFlexibility and willingness to work extended hours
