Through these initiatives, ofi Vietnam is dedicated to driving positive change in Vietnam's agricultural landscape by investing in people and sustainability.Key responsibilitiesPrepare, review, and verify all shipping documents in compliance with established procedures to ensure accuracy and completeness.Monitor and track shipments to guarantee smooth and timely delivery from suppliers to designated destinations.Process payments for shipments and carrier services promptly and accurately, maintaining clear financial records.Manage export shipment documentation and proactively resolve any issues related to shipments to avoid delays.Coordinate import shipments by liaising with agents for quotations and overseeing customs clearance processes.Perform additional logistics-related tasks as assigned by the direct manager to support operational efficiency.Qualifications and RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.Prior working experience in Import-Export (I/E) or Logistics with Customs Brokers, Freight Forwarders, Carriers (Shipping Lines/Airlines), International Suppliers/Partners is preferred.Good at EnglishAttention to detail, ensure the accuracy and completeness of all documentation.Good time management skill, Ability to efficiently manage multiple logistics tasks.Working Location: TTC Building, 6th Floor, 8/2, Tran Quoc Tuan Street, Ward 4, Ben Tre Province.Our Purpose is to “be the change for good food and a healthy future”.
