As a vital member of our Warehouse Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the meticulous packaging and accurate shipment of all outgoing orders, adhering meticulously to industry and company standards. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite, as we prioritize a detail-oriented mindset and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities:? Prepare outbound orders for UPS and Freight Shipment? Fabricate custom pallet crates for freight shipments? Conduct thorough Quality Control checks to ensure completeness and accuracy of shipments? Receive incoming shipments and reconcile against packing slips? Support inventory management efforts to maintain equipment inventory accuracy? Undertake general warehouse maintenance and assist with ad hoc tasks as required Desired Skills:? Ability to independently lift 50 pounds and participate in team lifts for heavier equipment  ? Familiarity with computer software, experience with UPS WorldShip beneficial?
