Shipping & Logistics Specialist

Location: Sialkot, PakistanEmployment type: Full-time, on-siteAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Shipping & Logistics Specialist to manage our daily express shipments and ensure smooth delivery operations from our Sialkot facility. You will handle all aspects of small-batch express exports through DHL, FedEx, and similar couriers, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in every shipment.You will also play an active role in optimizing operational workflows, working closely with our IT and operations teams to identify opportunities for automation and system integration — such as through API links and digital shipping tools.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and process daily express shipments with DHL, FedEx, and other courier services.Prepare, review, and verify all export paperwork including commercial invoices, packing lists, and airway bills.Ensure correct use of Incoterms (especially DAP and DDP) and compliance with customs and documentation standards.Track and monitor shipments, proactively handling delays or exceptions.Maintain shipping records and update order management systems accurately.Coordinate with production and QC teams to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.Suggest and support workflow improvements, including system integrations via APIs and digital shipping tools.Requirements2–4 years of experience in international express shipping/logistics (DHL, FedEx, UPS, or similar).Strong understanding of Incoterms, export documentation, and customs procedures.Detail-oriented and able to manage high volumes of paperwork under pressure.Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal).Familiarity with shipping APIs, digital tools, or ERP integrations is a strong plus.Proactive mindset — always looking for smarter, faster ways to ship.Why Join UsYou’ll join a fast-growing international sportswear company with a hands-on, data-driven culture.
