Human by nature.As shipping specialist, reporting to the transport and logistics supervisor, you will coordinate and monitor shipments of export orders to ensure that materials/products are transported in compliance with transportation and import/export regulations/requirements, and deliver on time to customers.Core Responsibilities Coordinate shipping of products, including method of transport, pick-up times and carriers to meet required shipping and delivery dates Oversee the preparation of export shipping documents in SAP (in accordance with regulatory requirements).Communicate all customer-specific requirements to distribution/shipping personnel to ensure that shipments are processed on time and as per customer expectations.Assist in the development and implementation of written export transportation procedures and filing maintenanceConduct systematic controls to ensure adherence to local and international transport and customs regulations as well as company policies and procedures.Freight management control: analysis and evaluation of the shipping rates finding the most competitive price/serviceMonitoring the related administrative processes.
