ٍShips Agency Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities·       Coordinate and manage all aspects of day-to-day vessel and cargo operations, in accordance with local rules / regulations, safety/security procedures.·       Monitor and coordinate vessel arrival schedules, berthing, cargo loading/unloading, and turnaround times.·       Liaise with Jeddah port authorities, terminal operators, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.·       Manage documentation processes such as Port Approvals, port documentation, equipment, supplies, and vessel manifest extraction. ·       Handle inquiries and coordinate schedules for Ship Owners' requirements of Husbandry servicesQualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of experience in shipping Agency operations and sip supply services.Strong understanding of vessel operations, port systems, ship chandler and cargo handling.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Apps.Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.@ Jeddah city Please send your CV to : Jed@madaratmarine.sa
