This includes: Fibreglass and composite repairs and layups Timber and structural rebuilds Gelcoat, fairing, and refinishing Custom fit outs and fabrication Assisting in new builds and composite product development Paint repairs to complete resprays System installations Anything else in betweenYou’ll be part of a small, supportive team that values skill, care, quality, and initiative.What We Need From You Trade-qualified in Boatbuilding/Shipwright/Composite Fabrication (or experienced equivalent) Solid experience with fibreglass or timber work Care about detail, finish quality, and getting the job right Work well independently and in a team Pride in workmanship and reliability Positive, enthusiastic, ‘glass half full’ attitudeIf this sounds like the right fit, we’d love to hear from you – please include a resume or brief summary of your experience with your application.P.S.
