Competitive basic salary: Ksh 40,000 - Ksh 50,000Role PurposeThe Shop Staff will be responsible for front-line customer interaction, sales support, and product knowledge delivery at retail outlets. They will also receive hands-on training on the product and provide basic technical support to customers, ensuring smooth use and troubleshooting of the product.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer ServiceWelcome and assist customers visiting the shop.Explain product features, benefits, and financing options.Conduct product demonstrations.Process customer purchases and issue receipts.Product & Technical KnowledgeComplete training on product, including installation basics, troubleshooting, and safety.Offer customers basic technical support (e.g., setup guidance, Wi-Fi connectivity, safe usage).Escalate advanced technical issues to field technicians or the customer care team.Shop OperationsKeep the shop clean, organized, and stocked.Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.Follow cash handling and POS procedures correctly.After-Sales & Customer CareRecord customer details for warranty and follow-up.Guide customers on installation scheduling and service contacts.Support referral program (Model 3) by explaining benefits to customers.ReportingSubmit daily sales and technical support summaries.Collect and share customer feedback with management.Qualifications & SkillsKCSE certificate or equivalent.Good communication and people skills.Willingness to learn and undergo training.Basic familiarity with phones, computers, or electronic devices (advantage, but not required).Honest, reliable, and customer-focused.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer literacy (POS, Microsoft Office, WhatsApp/CRM tools).Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Honest, reliable, and customer-oriented.
