The Shop Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure an efficient and professional service experience for all customers. Key responsibilities include staff supervision, monitoring shop performance, maintaining quality service standards, and addressing customer inquiries. The Shop Manager will also collaborate with the team to ensure a positive work environment and a great customer experience.QualificationsStrong Communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customersProven experience in Operations Management and Store ManagementCustomer Service and Customer Experience skills to ensure high satisfaction and loyaltyProficiency in leadership and team managementOrganizational and multitasking skills to manage a fast-paced service environmentFlexibility to work on-site in the Birmingham, AL areaExperience in the automotive service industry is a plus
