In addition to career opportunities, our sites offer a culture focused on respect for people and giving back to the community through grants and philanthropic programming.Role OverviewPeople Leader role, continuous coaching of maintenance staff, to improve standards within the Team; Ensure that the organization’s procedures and standards are met in reference to Quick Turns or other Shop Visits (e.g. QEC build-up, EOL inspections, ect.);Provide support for Operations Leader on training and competency assessment process for all the Technicians;Introduce effective SQDIP escalation path using FLIGHT DECK principles; Improve standards and eliminate wastes in shop maintenance process;Liaise with internal and external departments to improve flow of engines through OWS shop;Review and control of overtime in cooperation with Operations Leader;Support Quality Department with internal & external investigations, provide technical feedback and advise on best solutions to address root cause of events.Ensure the availability of tools, equipment and materials to perform the planned tasks;Ensure the availability of applicable maintenance data (stage sheets/manuals/SBs);Ensure that the quality of workmanship in the final product is to a standard acceptable to the organization and EASA (or other authorities);Implementing and executing safety policy on all tasks; Lead At Point Problem Solving for all issues that arise during shop visit;Develop and implement Standard Work for all shop visits; Cooperate with internal departments on best utilization of company ERP (e.g. SAP) Understand and execute CTEM LEAP engine maintenance philosophy;Lead Daily Management meetings to ensure compliance to SQDIP and operational cadence.
