Job Description

DescriptionShopbop is looking for an Ecommerce Analyst to support business analysis and reporting. This role will be responsible for collaborating across teams to develop reports, create dashboards and deliver actionable insights. The candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs, customer journeys and web analytics. The candidate will primarily use Adobe Analytics, but will also need to layer and compare data sources. The right candidate will have a passion for using data to answer business questions that are complex, dynamic, and not always clearly defined. This position sits on the Ecommerce team and reports to the Sr.

Product Marketing Manager. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3+ years of business analyst, data analyst or similar role experience Experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.

) and data visualization tools such as Tableau Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders Experience with Adobe Analytics Understanding of ecommerce & business KPIs A curious and proactive attitude, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance analytics capabilities Expertise in ensuring data accessibility, quality, and reliability Self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and working across teams Interest in fashion ecommerceAmazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
