The Business Analytics Lead will oversee data analysis, reporting, and visualisation efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and influence decision-making.

Lead and manage a team to effectively achieve outcomes, and build a high-performing and motivated teamDesign, oversee and evaluate critical business metrics to drive business improvements through actionable insightsLead digital transformation initiatives and promote a data-driven working cultureBuild data-driven solutions to address business challenges, leveraging multidisciplinary problem-solving approachesDrive the creation, maintenance and optimisation of reporting tools and dashboards, and use complex data analysis techniques to identify trends, provide insights, and deliver strategic recommendations to stakeholdersCommunicate insights effectively by translating complex data analysis into clear and compelling narratives for both technical and non-technical audiencesCollaborate with stakeholders to translate their data needs into actionable analytics projectsRequirements:
Bachelor’s Degree and above in any related field3-6 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Data Analytics in tech/e-commerce or dynamic environment is preferredStrong technical skills in Python and SQLExperience in managing a team of 3-5 members preferred, including assigning them tasks, managing timelines, quality of output and their performancePassionate about data and solving challenging business problemsProficiency in VBA/Spark is a plus
