Job DescriptionCoordinate with stakeholders from other teams (Clusters, Marketing, Seller Ops, Logs, Seller Engagement) to run Commercial Program campaigns and initiative roll-outsAssist in day-to-day Business As Usual (BAU) operations to drive program outcomes such as the monthly refresh of seller incentive program hitlist, benefits dispensation and tracking and analysing program outcomesAssist in competitor tracking and analysis Manage seller communications through the development and execution of program communication materials including internal and external program information decks, training guides, and FAQsAssist in seller engagement initiatives such as webinars to drive program awareness and adoptionRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in any related industryAnalytical and comfortable working with data; proficient in Microsoft ExcelFast learner, meticulous, and hands-on executer with a positive attitudeWorks well in a dynamic environmentExcellent in communication, enjoys interacting and forming relationshipsFull-time interns preferred (3-6 months)Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
