Job DescriptionSupport projects that focus on end-to-end growth and optimisation of initiatives to improve commercial, traffic and cost metricsAssist the team to identify, review and analyse key commercial metrics to improve campaign efficiencySupport regular reporting, including data analysis and visualisation, identifying key issues, designing hypothesis, structuring analysis and proposing solutionsTrack and evaluate performance of user acquisitionMonitor new initiatives by Shopee and our competitors, with a focus on identifying key areas of improvementWhere needed, liaison with local and regional stakeholders within Shopee to consolidate data, assets, etcRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in related field and/or have relevant prior internship experienceProficient in Excel and Google Suite Able to work well in a dynamic environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent time and stakeholder management skillsTeam-player, organised and detail-oriented individualFull-time interns preferred (3-6 months)Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
