Job Description: In charge of a set of key accounts to groom their performance on ShopeeAnalyse accounts performance and operation metrics to provide solutions to optimise accounts performanceWork with accounts to execute campaign and sales strategies to achieve category and accounts ambitionsWork closely with internal teams including marketing, revenue, and operation teams to ensure all execution are completed successfullyEngage accounts to participate in Shopee campaigns and work with them to execute and deliver campaign targetsWork with category managers to define, implement and execute growth strategyLead in-team projects to set up improvement processes and execute new initiativesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field, coupled with 2 to 5 years of working experience (Candidates with 0 to 1 years of experience welcomed to apply)Relevant account management and category management experienceExperience in e-commerce industry is preferredGood communication capability and enjoy client facing workGood analytical skillsA goal getter and a good team player, and not afraid to take challenges
