Job DescriptionAttract, onboard, and manage day-to-day relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and other long-tail affiliates as part of the Shopee Ambassador ProgrammeExplore new trends, initiatives, and special pushes to encourage user-generated content from KOLs to achieve the team goalsTrack and analyse the performance of existing affiliate channels through data-driven approach, and consequently optimise and achieve commercial objectivesIdeate new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns, and support on execution of platform and brand campaignsRequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree qualification in a relevant fieldAbility to work independently, pay attention to details, and good with both verbal and written communicationStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach, with good knowledge of Excel Self-starter, fast learner and a team playerExperience with KOL/influencer marketing, social media marketing, or in marketing agency is a plus
