Job DescriptionSupport the end-to-end coordination of Learning & Development programmes, including general training execution (from pre-training, during training and post training) Craft newsletters and maintains communications channels with programme participantsConduct data analysis and/or prepare reports on training effectiveness and impactInvolve in learning design, conduct research and generate insights for the development of learning materials for learning programmes (e. g.
case studies) Manage day-to-day Learning & Development administration and operationsOther ad-hoc duties as assignedRequirementBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fieldsGood communication and interpersonal skillsFast-learner with strong time management skills to deliver work on timeDetail-oriented and well-organised in a dynamic work environmentPossesses a can-do spiritComfortable working independently and in a teamProficient in Google and Microsoft Office products such as Excel and PowerPointHave experience in working with adobe illustrator or visual design would be a plusFull-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
