Job DescriptionRole OverviewWe are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Operations Planning & Cost Control Executive to drive operational efficiency through effective planning, forecasting, and cost management. This role will focus on manpower planning, inventory forecasting, and cost control to ensure seamless warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong data analysis skills, thrive in a dynamic environment, and have a passion for continuous improvement. Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Planning: Develop warehouse operational plans on a monthly and quarterly basis, which involves forecasting of outbound volumes, overseeing inventory levels, and managing optimal inbound volumeCost Control & Optimisation:

Build up planning model to cater for new businesses, and align with relevant stakeholders to meet required timeline, operational targets etcManpower Forecasting: Analyse productivity data to forecast labor needs, coordinating with staffing agencies to secure manpower while optimising costsPerformance Tracking: Collaborate with multiple teams to build and refine planning models and dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify operational gapsStakeholder Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with various teams to align plans and manage costs effectively, ensuring alignment with company goalsRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply chain, or related disciplines coupled with 2 to 5 years of working experience (Candidates with 0 to 1 years of experience are welcome to apply) Prior work or internship experience in supply chain sector will be an advantageGood logical thinking abilities with a data driven mindsetStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAble to thrive in a dynamic environment Able to work well within a team and independentlyComfortable to work in a warehouse setting
