Regional Operations include the teams of Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Seller Operations, Returns & Refunds, and Fraud.
Job DescriptionWork closely with senior management as an integral member of the team responsible for shaping our Shopee App and Operations processes through robust user experience analysis and initiativesEngage in project-based initiatives aimed at identifying and implementing solutions to drive significant improvement in our user experienceOwn and drive high-impact projects across operations-related verticals and workstreamsUtilise strong analytical skills and a hands-on, pragmatic approach to deliver tangible resultsEmploy effective communication to tactfully encourage the adoption of planning and execution best practices as a result of project outcomesRequirementsRelevant Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related fieldMinimum 2 years experience in management consulting, experience in a tech company is a plusDemonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solvingExceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with teams from diverse markets and backgroundsProven ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders in a dynamic and multicultural environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in complex project management
