About The TeamThe Online Marketing Partnerships team works closely with partners on the open internet e. g. direct publishers, equipment manufacturers and more (non-walled gardens) to drive customer acquisition and retention strategies aligned with Shopee’s business objectives. The team addresses challenging topics on a regular basis such as attribution fraud, emerging partners and technologies. Job DescriptionCollaborate with a wide range of Chinese media partners including demand-side platforms (DSPs) (programmatic), ad networks, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), direct publishers, etc.
Proactively manage partner relationships, and act as a daily point of contact to onboard, manage and resolve partner queries and issues - this includes campaign performance & optimisation, technical integrations and billingsManage and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality reporting and data tracking for internal/external sharingCollaborate with internal teams including Strategy & Planning, Adtech, Creative and Finance teams to ensure deliverables of campaigns and efficiency of processesManage a high performing team to successfully partner with brands, achieving overall marketing objectivesProactively drive market analysis and value-added insights to inform and direct new partnership opportunities to achieve constant growthPartner stakeholders to provide advice and guidance with strategic decisions, based on observations of recent market/industry trendsRequirementsBachelor's degree in business administration, business analytics, or other quantitative majors is preferredAt least 5-8 years of experience in digital or online marketing, ideally with exposure to client-facing scope within the e-Commerce/internet industry preferredBilingual in English and Mandarin to facilitate communication with Chinese partners and cross collaborations with stakeholder from across the regionExperience working with China media partners but not limited to DSPs, ad networks, OEMs, and direct publisherExperience in product integration is preferredTeam management experience is a good to haveInterest in stakeholder management, numbers-driven and analytical work In-depth knowledge in tracking and fraudOn top of the new technology and industry best practices
