Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for commercial functions, including but not limited to Business Analysts, Business Intelligence, Business Development, Marketing, Strategy, and Product ManagersPartner with hiring managers to understand requirements, advise on market trends, and define recruitment strategiesSource candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and campus outreachScreen and assess candidates to ensure strong role fit and culture alignmentCoordinate interviews and provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholdersConceptualise, drive and evaluate talent recruitment-related initiatives that will contribute to long-term improvements in the team’s objectives, productivity and developmentMaintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track progress and hiring metricsRepresent Shopee’s brand and culture in all candidate interactionsRequirementsBachelor's degree with relevant recruitment work experience or internships (Open to Fresh Graduates)Passion for people, organisational, and cultural transformationHighly motivated self-starter with independent decision-making abilities and excellent problem-solving skillsStrong analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to quickly evaluate situations, combine strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisionsStrong communication skills and able to work in a dynamic environmentTeam player and resourceful with a positive can-do attitudeStrong understanding of regional talent markets is a plusExperience in regional roles and/or in large technology companies, and working with senior stakeholders, is a plus
