Job Description:
Support the Regional Marketing Solutions team in driving adoption for affiliate marketing by improving the user experience through new feature development and enhancementsGather all new feature requests from other markets and assist in prioritisation exercise to keep the pipeline updatedCollaborate with product team and local business teams to prepare for feature releases by doing UAT (user acceptance test) before feature goes live to marketConduct competitor research on affiliate marketing solutions to ensure we remain competitive and relevant in the marketsTrack and analyse performance of the feature post launch and determine drop off points to recommend enhancements for the existing featureSupport the team on ad hoc operational duties including but not limited to:
updating performance trackers, assisting on data requests, assisting on monthly trainings and helping answer local teams on product FAQsRequirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in a marketing majorProficient in data analysis and number crunching, Google Sheets and Google Slides Able to pay attention to details, highly organised, and manage timelines effectively Domain knowledge on social media and influencers is an advantageAble to communicate in a clear and succinct manner Passionate about marketing and solving challenging problems
