About The TeamAs a Business Intelligence Associate at Shopee, you will be allocated to a specific sub-team within the SG Business Intelligence team, such as the Commercial teams, or BI Solutions. The exact sub-team you will focus on will be determined 1-2 months prior to your joining, based on the evolving needs of the organisation and your personal preferences. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible and open to being allocated to any sub-team within the Business Intelligence function, adapting to the dynamic demands of the business.

You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with senior leaders across various business units and contributing to data-driven strategic initiatives that support Shopee's growth and decision-making.

Job DescriptionPartner with business teams to provide insights to support data-driven decision making strategy Lead cross-functional teams' data analytics projects Provide solid technical support on automation and business projects Translate complex business requests to executional technical tasks Automate manual reporting process by VBA/Python/SQL Monitor and optimise reporting flow from back-end to front-end Solve complex data projects by using variable algorithms Provide training and coaching team membersRequirementsBachelor’s/Master Degree, preferably in data analytics, statistics, mathematics or any other quantitative discipline0 - 1 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics or any other related fieldsProven technical skills in Python, SQL, VBA, Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau etc.
