As a Programme & Initiatives Associate / Senior Associate, you will play a critical role in shaping the growth trajectory of Shopee Mall by driving end-to-end planning, execution, and optimisation of brand programmes and platform initiatives. This role blends programme management, commercial strategy, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate seller performance, improve customer experience, and deliver measurable business impactJob DescriptionLead strategic programmes to support top platform priorities — from conceptualisation and business case development to execution and performance tracking.
Identify growth opportunities for Shopee Mall brands and propose actionable, data-backed strategies to drive sales and improve performance metrics. Monitor campaign performance and sales trends, deriving key insights for future business planning and initiative design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e. g. , marketing, operations, key account managers) to align on objectives, ensure seamless campaign delivery, and resolve operational bottlenecks. Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to enhance Shopee Mall’s positioning and inform go-to-market strategies. Develop and maintain performance dashboards, reports, and analytical models to track progress against KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.
Prepare regular business reviews and communicate key findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders. Continuously improve internal processes and tools, driving efficiency and scalability in programme execution and performance analytics. RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in any related fieldFresh graduates are welcomedStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. Excellent project management capabilities and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience working cross-functionally is a plus. Prior experience in e-commerce, consulting, or programme management is a bonus.
