Job DescriptionAssist the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various positions within the organizationCollaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptionsPost job openings on relevant job boards and social media platforms, and manage candidate applicationsSchedule and coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment processMaintain accurate and organized candidate data in our applicant tracking system (ATS)Assist with various HR and administrative tasks as neededRequirementsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related fieldStrong interest in talent acquisition and human resourcesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented and highly organizedAbility to work in a dynamic environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteEnthusiastic and eager to learnFull-time interns preferred, part-time interns who can commit a minimum of 3 days a week are also welcome to apply
