About The TeamShopee is looking for a Manager, Director Office to play a key role in driving the strategic objectives of our Cross border eCommerce business. This position will support the company’s leadership in executing key business initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and align priorities across various teams. As the Manager, Director Office, you will partner closely with management to ensure effective decision-making, business optimisation, and smooth execution of Shopee's strategic goals. Job DescriptionCollaborate closely with management to align on the Cross border eCommerce strategy, ensuring all initiatives are in line with Shopee's overall business objectives.

Oversee business cadence, including communication, reporting, and alignment of KPIs and OKRs, fostering cross-functional collaboration to support strategic decision-making and providing actionable insights to guide strategic decision-making. Lead and manage key cross-functional projects and initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to monitor and optimise business performance, driving continuous improvements across functions. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus. With more than 5 years of working experience in business management, strategy or project management.

Proven experience in consulting, managing cross-functional teams, driving business strategy, consulting, and executing high-priority initiatives. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with an ability to handle ambiguity and navigate complex organisational structures. Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of leading large-scale initiatives. Experience with KPI/OKR management and data-driven decision-making. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Experience working with management, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
