About The TeamJob Description: Develop a tailored pitch and value proposition to onboard merchants based on their unique growth potential. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand emerging food trends and identify top-performing merchants. Build strong relationships with merchants and guide them through the onboarding process. Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and analytics) to ensure merchant success post-onboarding. Travel within Bangkok to meet potential merchants, present ShopeeFood's value, and close deals. Provide insights on merchant trends and suggest strategies for continuous merchant growth. Manage sales pipelines and report progress to team lead RequirementsQualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or business development, preferably in the F&B, e-commerce, or tech industry. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with the ability to engage high-potential business owners. Ability to analyze market trends and identify key merchants with strong growth potential. Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (both written and spoken). Strong presentation skills and the ability to customize pitches based on merchant profiles. A self-starter mindset, able to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Knowledge of the food delivery industry and F&B market trends is a plus. Preferred Skills & ExperienceExperience working with premium, high-growth, or trendy F&B brands. Familiarity with e-commerce and food delivery platforms. Understanding of merchant operational challenges and the ability to provide strategic solutions.
