Travel within Bangkok to meet potential merchants, present ShopeeFood's value, and close deals. Provide insights on merchant trends and suggest strategies for continuous merchant growth. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or business development, preferably in the F&B, e-commerce, or tech industry. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills with the ability to engage high-potential business owners. Ability to analyze market trends and identify key merchants with strong growth potential. Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (both written and spoken). Strong presentation skills and the ability to customize pitches based on merchant profiles. A self-starter mindset, able to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Knowledge of the food delivery industry and F&B market trends is a plus. Preferred Skills & ExperienceExperience working with premium, high-growth, or trendy F&B brands. Familiarity with e-commerce and food delivery platforms. Understanding of merchant operational challenges and the ability to provide strategic solutions.
