Job DescriptionPerform daily marketing operations tasks with high accuracy to drive marketing and sales activities of Digital Products team, such as media set up and slot allocation, manage and fill in marketing trackers on daily, weekly and monthly basis Monitor marketing assets and responsible for correct and timely implementation. Be the first contact point for the business development team to solve ad-hoc issues and provide full support.
Establish SOPs, roll out to the related teams, maintain, and improveWork cross-functionally with business development, marketing, graphic designer, legal, finance, and operation teamsCampaign ManagementPlan and execute marketing campaigns (end-to-end) including operation tasks e. g. plan mechanics and budget, consolidate promotions, generate vouchers, and brief artworksCheck and ensure all campaigns are displayed correctly on campaign daysKeep track, evaluate campaign performances and make improvement suggestionsPrepare reports and occasionally present findings and updates to managementProjects Management & InitiativesWork on any assigned project-based role to drive growth for Shopee Digital Products such asincrease user awareness and user retention.
