Job DescriptionCollaborate with Hiring Managers and HRBP: Work closely with various departments to understand their hiring needs and tailor hiring strategies. Source and Engage Passive Candidates: Use creative sourcing methods to identify, attract top talent through multiple channels and understand candidates. Manage Recruitment Pipeline: Oversee the end-to-end process, track resource needs, input data to prepare reports and ensure timely candidate placement. Achieve Monthly KPIs: Focus on meeting recruitment targets by sourcing and placing high-quality candidates in assigned SLAs. RequirementsMin 1 year experience in recruitment required (MNCs or in recruitment agencies preferred)Strong sourcing, and hunting skill will be a must.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to think critically and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment. English proficiency (IELTS 6. 5 and above)
